Terms, revisions and refunds

Free sample
Up to 3 photos are edited free so you can judge the style. There's no obligation to order.
Prices and turnaround
Prices are listed on the pricing page in US dollars. Turnaround starts once all files and style references are received: 50 photos in 2 days, 100 photos in 2 days, 200 photos in 3 days, 500 photos in 4 days. Rush deadlines are agreed in writing before work starts.
Revisions
Revisions are unlimited for the edit you ordered: color, tone, crops and consistency changes are included until the gallery matches your style. A completely new style after approval of the sample, or retouching beyond what was ordered (compositing, body reshaping, object replacement), is quoted separately.
Payment
Direct photo editing orders are invoiced after you approve the delivered gallery and are due within 7 days of approval. Web development projects are paid 40% to start and 60% on launch. Polo design orders are paid as agreed in the quote.
Refunds
Because direct photo orders are paid only after approval, refunds rarely arise. If something goes wrong after payment, email me and I'll fix it or refund the affected photos.
Your files and confidentiality
You keep all rights to your photos. I never share, sell or post client images without written permission. Files are deleted 30 days after approval unless you ask me to keep them.
Limits
Editing improves the detail already in a photo. Very blurry, low-resolution or severely underexposed images can't be fully rescued; I'll tell you before starting if that applies.
