Short version

There is no account. Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling deletes what the app saved on your phone.

Delete on your phone

  1. Open Settings → Apps → ProductWhite on your phone.
  2. Tap Storage & cache → Clear storage. This deletes all your data in the app.
  3. Or uninstall the app. Uninstalling also deletes its data.

Analytics data

Usage stats and crash reports are linked only to a random app instance ID — never your name, email or photos. Reinstalling the app resets that ID.

To ask us to delete data linked to your device, email [email protected] with the subject Delete data – ProductWhite. We’ll confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what may be kept

Deleted

  • Your settings, recent export thumbnails and anything else the app saved in its own storage on your phone.
  • On request, analytics and crash data linked to your app instance ID, where technically possible.

May be kept

  • Finished photos you saved to your gallery (Pictures/ProductWhite) — delete them from your gallery.
  • Aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
  • Analytics events until the retention period ends. TODO(owner): confirm GA4 retention
  • Data Google keeps under its own policies, such as your Play Store install history.
